  Incorrect radiator put into my BMW which leaked and caused me to break down on the way home from work one evening. Had I not known to stop in time it could have caused a catastrophic engine failure. Took it back to them and they begrudgingly got the correct part and fitted it free of charge.... However, when I came to pick the car up they had literally left it with fumes in the gas tank so I couldn't even make it to the petrol station and had to pull over and call a friend to come and get me some petrol. The best bit? Car started to get lumpy about a week later, when I checked, I found a few spark plugs loose... Never had spark plugs just work themselves loose! Not saying anything but...
